We can give you specific advice on whether your garage conversion may need Planning Approval, usually the same day as your enquiry. Planning approval by the Local Authority is not normally required for a garage conversion, but if it is we will take care of everything for you.

Local Authority Building regulation approval is always legally required when converting your garage to living space. We produce the necessary drawings and specifications ourselves and make the application for you. The work is inspected by the Local Authority at various stages and on completion.

Our complete, professional design service will illustrate all aspects of your garage conversion, from external views right through to what’s the best height for a wall mounted flat screen.
